We usually send your order information to the person in charge of processing the dispatch of the goods at the end of the shopping day and cannot make any changes or cancellations if the order has already been dispatched. However, we will let you know if you can change/cancel your order depending on the order status.
Generally the tracking number takes 3-5 days to appear in the carrier’s system and normally you will receive it automatically by email. If it doesn’t work or you won’t receive it after a few days, please contact our support team at service@tuxaro.com

Most orders arrive without any problem, but in case of problem contact us at service@tuxaro.com by sending us the photos of the damaged or erroneous product with the order number.

If you ordered two or three items at the same time, we do our best to ensure that you receive them in one package. However, there will be times when we need to split your order into multiple shipments. The reason is that the ordered items are shipped from different fulfillment centers. So don’t panic if you won’t receive all the items at the same time. They will get to you! you will also get a tracking code for each item sent separately.
