Initial response was good when I ordered, checking my height and weight matched the size I ordered and I was really looking forward to receiving the coat, as the website pictures show exactly what I was looking for. Sadly, the coat that arrived was a different colour (more olive than dark green), the material is a different weight and texture and the coat did not have the details on the sleeve (just a folded cuff, and no belt) or back vent (no buttons, or stitching detail) shown in the website pictures. I emailed to ask for a return label on the day I received it, but heard nothing back. I emailed again a week later, but have still not heard anything from Tuxaro. Such a shame, as the product in the photo looks great. What turned up was very different.
