Casual Double Breasted Pea Coat

Since the day that it got here, which was at the end of August, I have been trying to return this coat to no avail. I have been ignored after countless attempts to acquire my refund. This is a horrible company. They do not honor their return policy.

The coat was received much later than expected, however, that was not a major problem. The coat was ordered as a USA size XXL. The coat was simply way too small. I purchased a USA suppliers XL coat, and it was larger. I have been emailing Tuxaro for 2 weeks requesting a return label, and I have not received any response or acknowledgement at all. The general quality of the coat was good.

Runs too small and when tried to contact seller no response. Working on having bank stop payments. Possible fraud.

I love the fit and style of this coat i’m 5’6 and 165 pounds and the medium fit me perfectly . This coat seems to be very durable and super soft, would highly recommend 👍👍
