I requested a return because the jacket did not fit and I have gotten 0 RESPONSE! I have emailed at least 8 times (as that is what the site instructs) and now I have a $200 jacket I cannot use.
I'm a little bit bummed because the coat is running on the small side for me but otherwise it's a really nice coat.
The buttons don't align the way I wish they did but I can get this fixed. I recommend it to anybody, just don't go down a size even if you like it well fitted, it's really tight in the armpit area.
